Our Brighton location faces the Sutherland Road stop on the MBTA Green Line’s B line. The largest of our clubs, it has everything you could possibly ask for…. as long as you don’t ask for a pool. It’s equipped with the latest in cardiovascular, resistance, and strength equipment and features dedicated areas for functional training, Spinning™, boxing, and a wide variety of group exercise classes. We often have three or four classes going on at the same time, so there’s a great buzz at the gym and it’s not overcrowded. In addition to showers, steam rooms, and towel service, this club also includes a coin operated laundry facilities (hey, why not?) as well as our awesome AfterBurn high intensity interval training program.

High ceilings and huge windows provide a bright, energetic vibe to this location. The club features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment and an extensive group exercise schedule including Zumba, Pilates, boxing, several muscle conditioning classes and more. Located right across the street from the Boston Garden, this club opened way back in 1991. It’s an institution! One floor is filled with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, a vast variety of free weights and weight machines, and a great Spin™ program. Upstairs you will find our renowned MMA academy, Combat Sports Boston. Here you can learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, striking, Muay Thai and judo from the best professional trainers in New England. It’s your chance to get in the Octagon (literally) and get in S-E-R-I-O-U-S shape. Beginners are always welcome, so come on by and check it out!

Located in Boston’s historic North End, this club is right across the street from the waterfront and is a short walk from both the financial district and the entire north end residential neighborhood. It’s filled (really filled) with all the newest cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines and is the kind of club where, after your first couple of visits, you’ll know a whole bunch of the members. The group exercise schedule includes Zumba™, Piloxing™, yoga, and a variety of strength and conditioning classes. If you’re looking for Spinning™, it’s just a 10-minute walk to our North Station club across the street from the TD Garden. Venire a visitare!

Wellesley is our best-looking club. Airy and bright, it’s right in the middle of Linden Square and is easily accessible from anywhere in town. This location offers state-of-the-art weight training and cardiovascular equipment and a “phenomenal” (our members’ words, not ours) group exercise program. We also have a Spinning™ studio, beautiful locker rooms and steam rooms. Our personal training staff is top-notch and we offer babysitting services and free parking as well.

Located on Washington Street in beautiful West Newton, you’ve probably seen this club’s signage from the Mass. Pike. The club recently underwent a significant remodel and now boasts the newest of the new in terms of cardiovascular training equipment along with a slew of strength and free weight apparatus. This location features a comprehensive and stimulating group exercise program as well as a Spinning™ studio and plenty of free parking. Men’s and women’s locker rooms each offer a steam room and complimentary towels, as always, are available at the front desk.
