((305)) Fitness Gym Review

Established in 2012 and named after Miami’s area code, ((305)) FITNESS is a dance cardio workout sweeping the East Coast. Each class infuses dance moves, sports drills, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a full-body, fun workout. Featuring a LIVE DJ and the city’s best instructors, our non-stop-cardio classes feel like a night out partying disguised as a workout. First founded in New York, this studio now has facilities in Boston and Washington DC as well.

Location

((305)) Fitness is located on Boylston Street in Boston, in the Back Bay area. Nearby is Balance Patch, the Society of Arts & Crafts and the Skywalk Observatory.

Classes/Programs

All classes last 55 minutes and include a warming-up period and cooling-down period. Classes are part dance cardio, part toning. Classes offered include:

  • ((305)) Original
  • Cardio Basics – 45 minutes, with a breakdown of some of our most popular moves. Highly recommended for beginners.
  • Cardio Theme – signature cardio, with flavorful music in the start, middle, and end
  • Cardio Advanced – 58 minutes, full-body toning, fancy footwork. Recommended for anyone who has taken 10+ classes.
  • HIIT
  • Community Class
  • 305FLX – 55-minute flexibility class, combining yoga, dance, physical therapy techniques, and biomechanics
  • 305PWR – 50-minute calorie-torching, conditioning/strength class
