B/SPOKE Indoor Cycling Studio’s signature ride is a full-body workout comprised of intense cardio, hand weights, and core work all set to amazing playlists and packed into a 45-minute session. B/SPOKE is an indoor cycling studio designed to give you an invigorating, low impact, full-body workout. Their 2,000 square foot studio caters to men and women alike. With state of the art facilities, B/SPOKE is on par with large corporate studios while maintaining a sense of local community and the personal feel that smaller studios provide.

B/SPOKE has two Machussetts locations, Downtown Boston and Wellesley. This review is for the Downtown Boston facility.

Positive Reviews: Intensity of the classes, good condition of the facility, encouraging attitudes of the instructors, various amenities such as shampoo, products, etc., don’t have to pay for shoes, good mix of music
Negative Reviews: Cliques, talkative instructors, small locker rooms, the expensive classes not on class pass, loud music, the studio kept at high temperature (uncomfortable)
