Lifted Fitness hails itself as Boston’s premier strength and conditioning facility, providing a gym experience that delivers real results within a fun and welcoming environment. One unique feature is alternating between strength and conditioning days, with their program schedule set up a month in advance. Lifted Fitness is the only fitness center in Boston that requires that every coach holds a bachelor’s degree in the exercise field and they all are also certified. All exercises are progressed or regressed to accommodate all fitness levels and/or injury restrictions.

Lifted Fitness is located in South Boston, MA. The location is convenient, next to the 7 bus stop, and offers free parking.
