Founded in 1985, Women’s Fitness of Boston (WFOB) is an affordable women’s gym with an all-female staff, including a highly-trained, educated group of trainers and coaches. They offer a beginning complete assessment of your nutrition levels, exercise history, body composition, and endurance. These results are then used to formulate a personalized program. WFOB is a full-service gym and training center.
Location
WFOB is located in Boston, between Washington Street and Spring Lane Downtown, with the Government Center, Long Wharf and the aquarium close by.
