Intro Training Sessions have started off strong at WAVE
SPLITFIT’s Introductory Training Sessions are in full swing! Starting off strong in May, Bob Sullivan (“Sully”), SPLITFIT Trainer at WAVE Fitness, has brought three pools through their Introductory Sessions—and they’ve already been back for more! These sessions are intended to provide a baseline workout while focusing on each person’s fitness levels and future programming. While it may be a slower paced workout, you’re guaranteed to sweat, executing full body exercises such as push ups, walking lunges, TRX pulls and planks, while also learning some basic weight training.
During last month’s sessions, Sully got to know each individual’s goals and adjusted the workouts to fit each fitness level—who says you can’t do “personal” training in a group session?
The best part about Introductory Sessions is that they guarantee that everyone in the pool (up to 4 people) is getting started at the same pace.
SPLITFIT will continue offering Introductory Sessions at various gyms—simply look for pools labeled “Introductory Training”.
