New Sessions & New Trainers January 2021

We added some great new trainers and sessions

We are always excited to welcome new personal trainers on SplitFit and equally excited when our current trainers add new sessions. Here are a few updates for those of you in the Boston area. 

Powerflex is a new workout from Julie DiLeo from WFOB. A primarily non-aerobic fitness class focusing on toning muscle and learning proper workout techniques. Click here for more info Sorry guys, this one is Women only.

We have a new trainer at BURN Fitness, welcome Julia O’Connor. Julia is an AFFA certified instructor who has been teaching fitness classes for over 3 years. Check out her Power BURN and Tabata BURN sessions here.

Our friend John Murray @ Back Bay Boxing has a new Virtual Boxing Workout. A Best of Boston winner in 2019, John will teach you correct technique and form. His sessions are MWF @ 5:30 pm, check them out here.
