About Wave Health & Fitness

Wave offers high-energy fitness classes, state-of-the-art Cybex strength and cardio equipment, certified personal trainers, a full arsenal of free-weights and an indoor pool and steam rooms.

Wave also offers wellness programs, physical therapy services from Boston Center for Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, and massage and muscular therapy treatments.

Our convenient location in the heart of the Seaport District is perfect for early morning calorie burning, sneaking in a lunchtime workout or sweating off stress after a day’s work.
